To help you get started, we offer a 15-day risk free trial of The Exacticide Applicator with enrollment in our home delivery program.  You can try “The Exacticide Applicator” risk free to determine for yourself if this product is right for you.  When you submit your order, you agree to pay the non-refundable shipping & handling charge.  If you find that the product is not right for you, simply call our Customer Service Center at  800 950-5866. to cancel before the end of your 15-day trial period and you will not be charged anything else. Your 15-day trial period begins when you place your order and includes processing, shipping, and transit time.  If you do not receive your risk free trial order within (5) days of ordering, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800 950-5866. If you do not cancel before the end of your 15-day trial period, on the 30th day we ship a full 30-day supply of “the pesticide you choose with your trial” and bill the card you used to place your trial order for the cost of the pesticide listed on our website. We will continue to ship your product every 30 days thereafter until you choose to cancel these continuing shipments.  No further notice will be sent to you. * Adjustments to auto ship supply items can be changed from time to time  


Cancellations:
You may cancel your home delivery program at anytime if you are not completely satisfied with the product by notifying the Company at 800 950-5866. However, unless you are canceling pursuant to the 15 day trial period set forth herein above, we will not refund any amounts previously paid up to the date of cancellation or termination.  You shall not receive any pro-rata refund for partial months and you remain liable for any and all unpaid charges billed through the date of cancellation.  You understand and agree that cancellation of the continuity program is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Company.  

Return and Refund Policy:
We Guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return it and any unopened pesticide containers of any shipment within thirty (30) days of our shipping date for a full or partial refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, you must follow the following procedures:
1.         Contact our Customer Service Center at 800 950-5866 and notify a customer care representative. Before calling allow 72 hour from the time you signed up for the risk free trial and home shipping program. This allows time for your information to register in our system.   
2.         Please have your order number available, the e-mail address used to confirm your order and the name of the product that you ordered.  
3.         A refund will not be issued by just returning the product, including packages marked as "Return to Sender". You must call customer care at 800 950-5866 for refund and receive return instructions and an RMA number. This number must be on the outside of the package or a refund ill not be issued.
4.         You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. You are responsible for the costs of returning any product.
5.         Returned products must be received within fifteen (15) days after your request for a refund. Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card that was used in ordering the product. It generally takes about 3 to 6 weeks to receive a refund. Refunds will be for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
